Q.初めて使う時に気をつけることはありますか。
A.化粧品の容器や箱、商品の使用方法、使用上の注意などが書かれていますので、よく読んでからご使用ください。
また、内容成分で、アレルギー等を起こしたことのある方はご注意ください。
※ご不安な方は必ずパッチテストを行ったあとにご使用ください。
Q.パッチテストはどのようにおこないますか。
上腕の内側をよく洗い、テストする化粧品を少量（約１ｃｍ円形）塗ります。
３０分後に塗った部分に赤み・かゆみ等の異常がないかどうかをご確認ください。１日～２日間そのままの状態で異常がなければ問題なくご使用いただけます。
※万が一肌に異常がでた際はご使用をお控えください。
Q.どんな肌質でも使えますか。
A.ENoil（エヌオイル）は、肌に優しい原料/製造過程で製造されており、敏感肌、乾燥肌、脂性肌、混合肌、すべての肌タイプの方にご使用いただけます。
※ご不安な方は必ずパッチテストを行ったあとにご使用ください。
Q.顔や髪、体全てに使えますか。
A.ENoil（エヌオイル）は、100%天然由来、49%が有機原料で髪やお肌に優しいオイルです、髪、顔、体（デリケートゾーンを含む）全ての箇所にご使用いただけます。
※万が一肌に異常がでた際はご使用をお控えください。
Q.妊婦でも使えますか。
A.妊娠中の方でもご使用いただけます。ただし妊娠時はホルモンバランスが乱れお肌の状態も不安定ですので、ご不安な方は必ずパッチテストを行ったあとにご使用ください。また、精油による香りの好みもございますので、予め全成分表をご確認ください。（精油1%未満）
Q.会陰マッサージに使用して問題はありませんか。
A.出産前のマッサージには問題なくご使用できます。しかし、出産後のマッサージにご使用になられる際、傷口に触れたりしないようお願い致します。
Q.授乳時の乳頭に使用して問題はありませんか。
A.授乳時のご使用は問題はございませんが、授乳前には念のためオイルを綺麗に拭取ってからご使用してください。また、産婦人科、助産師の考え方に賛否両論がございますので、かかりつけの医師にご相談のうえご使用ください。
Q. ベルガモットの精油はフロクマリン類を含んでいますか？
A. エッセンシャルオイルの中には、紫外線に反応して皮膚に炎症を起こす成分（フロクマリン）が含まれているものがあります。ENオイルで使用しているベルガモット精油は、フロクマリンが含まれていない「フロクマリンフリー」ですので、日中でも安心してご使用いただけます。また、ENオイルに使用されているエッセンシャルオイルはすべてオーガニックです。
Q.持病を持っていたり薬を飲んでいても使えますか。
A.服用中の薬や持病の状況によりご使用いただけない場合がございます。必ずかかりつけの医師にご相談のうえご使用ください。
Q.アレルギー成分を含んでいますか。
A.一般的なアレルギーのでやすい原料、香料、色素、基剤成分は含まれておりませんが、スポイトの部分には天然ゴムを使用しております。ゴムアレルギーの方はご使用をお控えください。また、その他アレルギーをお持ちの方はご使用前に必ず全成分表をご確認ください。
Q.フリー項目をおしえてください。
A. 以下、不使用項目になります。（石油由来成分/動物由来成分/パラベン/界面活性剤/防腐剤/アルコール/フェノキシエタノール/グリセリン/メチルイソチアゾリノン/ヘキサン/遺伝子組み換え ナノ化成分/シリコン 鉱物油（パラフィン、ワセリン、ミネラルオイル）/ アルミニウム塩/紫外線吸収剤/合成着色料/合成香料料/カルボマー等の合成化学ゲル化剤/グルテン）
全成分を含む不使用項目からも上記の内容をご確認いただけます。
Q. オイルはベタつきませんか。
A.ENoil（エヌオイル）は、肌なじみのいい天然由来100％の原料を厳選した、伸びよくなじむこだわりのオイルです。ベタつくのが苦手という方でも心地よくお使いいただけます。
Q.オイルの精油はどんな香りですか。
A.ダマスクバラ花油*、ニオイテンジクアオイ油*によるローズ系の香りをベースに、ベルガモット果実油*による柑橘系のフレッシュな香りが含まれています。*オーガニック原料による精油
Q. 動物実験は行っていますか。
A.原料・製品製造過程における動物を用いた実験は一切行っておりません。上記詳細を含むその他CAFINEのお約束はPROMISよりご確認いただけます。
Q. オイルを塗ると日焼けしませんか。
A.ENオイルによる日焼けの効果はございません。
反対に、オイルに含まれた成分（ビタミンE）は肌が紫外線を受けることによって生成されるメラニンの色素沈着を抑制する働きがあります。
また、ビタミンEは加齢によるお肌の酸化を抑制します。
ENオイルに含まれるベルガモットの精油も、光毒性のないフロクマリンフリーのものを使用しているため、日中も安心してお使いいただけます。
Q.本当にオイルだけで、化粧水なしで大丈夫ですか。
A.オイルのみでオールインワンとしてご使用いただけます。お肌の状況に合わせてお手持ちの化粧品と組み合わせていただいても問題ございません。
Q.使用期限はいつまでですか。
A.「未開封３年」「開封後１年」の保存期間を目安にご使用ください。
Q.違う容器に移し替えしても大丈夫ですか。
A.別容器に詰め替えてのご使用はお控えいただいております。ENOilは、酸化を防ぐため硝子性の容器で製造をおこなっております。プラ容器等は微量の空気を取り入れ、製品の酸化を早めてしまいますのでお詰め替えはお控えください。また、硝子性の容器であっても、詰め替えの際に雑菌が入りますと、時間の経過にともない繁殖しやすくなります。
Q.使用後の廃棄方法について教えてください。
A.ゴミの分別方法は自治体によって異なります。各自治体の分別ルールに従って廃棄をおこなってください。

Q. How do you run a patch test?
A. Thoroughly wash the inside of the upper arm and apply a small amount (about 1 cm round) of cosmetics.
After 30 minutes, check the painted area for any abnormalities such as redness and itchiness. If you leave it as it is for 1 to 2 days, it can be used without problems and there is no abnormality.
* Please refrain from using if you have an abnormality on your skin.
Q. Can I use any skin type?
A.ENoil is a skin-friendly raw material / manufacturing process that can be used on sensitive skin, dry skin, greasy skin, mixed skin, and all skin types.
* If you have any questions, please perform a patch test before using.
Q. Can it be used on the face, hair and body?
A.ENoil is 100% naturally derived, 49% organic and gentle on hair and skin. It can be used on hair, face and any part of the body (including delicate zones).
* Please refrain from using if you have an abnormality on your skin.
Q. Can pregnant women use it?
A. It can also be used by pregnant women. However, during pregnancy, the hormone balance may be disturbed and the skin may become unwell, so if you are uneasy, be sure to perform a patch test before using. Check all the ingredients in advance for the scent of essential oils.
Q. Is it okay to use it for perineal massage?
A. It can be used for prenatal massage without any problem. However, when using it for postpartum massage, do not touch the wound.
Q. Is it okay to use it on breastfeeding nipples?
A. It's okay to use it while breastfeeding, but just in case, wipe off the oil before breastfeeding. In addition, there are pros and cons to the ideas of obstetrics and gynecology and midwives, so please consult your doctor before use.
Q. Does bergamot essential oil contain furocoumarin?
A. Some essential oils contain ingredients (furocoumarins) that react with ultraviolet rays and cause inflammation of the skin. The bergamot essential oil used in EN Oil is "furocoumarin-free," meaning that it does not contain furocoumarins, and can be used safely even during the daytime. In addition, all essential oils used in EN Oil are organic.
Q. Can I use it even if I have a chronic disease or take medicine?
A. You may not be able to use it depending on the medicine you are taking and the condition of your illness. Please be sure to consult a doctor before use.
Q. About allergy
A. It does not contain common allergens, fragrances, pigments or bases, but the dropper uses natural rubber. Please refrain from using if you are allergic to rubber. If you have any other allergies, be sure to check the complete ingredient list before use.

Q. Is the oil sticky?
A.ENoil is a well-mixed, discerning oil with carefully selected 100% naturally derived ingredients that are familiar to the skin. You can use it comfortably even if you are not good at stickiness.
Q. What kind of scent is it?
A. Based on the rose-based scent of damask rose flower oil * and the sweet scent of geranium oil *, it contains the fresh citrus scent of bergamot fruit oil *. * Essential oils made from organic ingredients
Q. Are you doing animal experiments?
A. We have not conducted experiments using animals in the manufacturing process of raw materials or products. Other CAFINE promises, including the above details, are in PROMIS.
Q. Will I get a sunburn if I apply oil?
A. Even if you use EN oil, you will not get a sunburn.
On the contrary, the component contained in the oil (vitamin E) works to suppress the pigmentation of melanin produced by the skin exposed to UV rays.
Vitamin E also suppresses skin oxidation due to aging.
The essential oil of bergamot contained in EN oil does not contain furanocoumarin and is not phototoxic, so you can use it with confidence during the day.
Q. Is it okay to just use oil?
A. It can be used as an all-in-one with only oil. You can combine it with your favorite cosmetics according to your skin condition.
Q. How long is the expiration date?
A. Please use the storage period of "3 years unopened" and "1 year after opening" as a guide.
Q. Is it okay to transfer to another cosmetic bottle?
A. Please refrain from refilling other containers. ENOil is manufactured in a glass container to prevent oxidation. Please refrain from refilling plastic containers, etc., as they take in a small amount of air and promote the oxidation of the product. In addition, even if it is a glass container, if bacteria invade during refilling, it will become easier to propagate over time. Do not refill in another container for use.
Q. Please tell me how to dispose of after use.
A. The method of separating garbage differs depending on the municipality. Please dispose of according to the sorting rules of each municipality.
